These Terms govern access to the website ricucgroun.homes and general information about our nursery services. By using the site you agree to these Terms. Consumer purchases concluded in person or online may involve additional order confirmations and Hungarian consumer-protection rules.

2. Website content

Plant descriptions, availability notes and images are provided for information. Stock changes with the season. We may update prices, categories and opening hours without prior notice. Binding details for a purchase are those confirmed at the nursery or in an order confirmation.

3. Orders, payment and delivery

Cash and card payment are accepted in the yard and may be offered for online orders. Larger ornamental trees and heavy plants can be delivered with our own vehicle by prior arrangement; delivery timing and fees are agreed case by case. Risk and care instructions for living plants will be explained at handover.

4. Garden advice and services

Planting guidance and garden-building support are based on information you provide and on general horticultural practice. Gardens remain subject to weather, soil and aftercare; results cannot be guaranteed in every situation.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, layout and branding on this site belong to Zöldudvar Kertészet or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Liability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by Hungarian law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website alone. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Courts of Hungary have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer forum rights. Privacy matters are described in our Privacy Policy; cookies in our Cookie Policy.
